Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting to be held by the Bethany Inland Wetlands Commission on Wednesday, December 1, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Meeting Room of the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road, with the following agenda:
Inland Wetlands Regulation Review.
Discussion pertaining to “Illicit Discharge and Connection Stormwater Regulation (Ordinance)” and “Post-Construction Stormwater Regulation (Ordinance)”.
