Attendance:  First Selectwoman Derrylyn Gorski, Selectman Donald Shea, Selectman Clark Hurlburt was absent from this meeting.

First Selectwoman Gorski called the Special Meeting of the Board of Selectmen to order at 3:30 p.m.  The meeting was held in the Selectmen’s Conference of the Bethany Town Hall.

SIGN CALL ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

First Selectwoman Gorski and Selectman Donald Shea reviewed the call for the Annual Town Meeting of May 21, 2018.  Both Selectmen signed the call.

TAX REFUNDS

Selectman Shea moved a motion to approve the tax refund for Andrey Kornetov for the sum of $25.13 and to Honda Lease Trust for the sum of $382.62.  First Selectwoman Gorski seconded the motion.  The vote taken was unanimous.  

ADJOURNMENT

Adjournment was called at 3:40 p.m. after a motion was moved by Selectman Shea and seconded by First Selectwoman Gorski.  The vote taken was unanimous.
