with the following submitted plans prepared by Godrey Hoffman Associates, LLC,
North Haven, Connecticut:

- “Erosion & Sedimentation Control Details & Notes”, dated February 27, 2017, revised to March 23, 2017, Drawing No. C-2.0.
In
addition, this permit is subject to the following conditions including the
standard conditions found on the Land Records, Volume 93, Page 802 and Page
803:
- Instead of the Geotextile silt fence around the check dams as shown on the plan, the applicant shall place stacked haybales. Once the area is stabilized and vegetated, then haybales shall be removed.
- Before commencing of any work, the applicant shall check with the Inland Wetlands Enforcement Officer on the weather conditions.
This approval is based on the fact that if the applicant follows
the submitted plans as shown there should be minimal or no adverse impact to
the surrounding wetlands. The plan shows
the relocation of the dewatering bag and haybales surrounding all the work
instead of silt fence so therefore they can be roughly placed on the westerly
side of the pond and the wetlands surrounding.
