Attendance:  Chairman John Grabowski, Melissa Spear, John Ford IV, Katie Erickson, Sharon Huxley

Visitors:  First Selectwoman Derrylyn Gorski

Chairman John Grabowski called the special meeting of the Board of Finance to order at 7:34 p.m.  The meeting was held in the Selectmen’s Conference Room of the Bethany Town Hall.

APPROVAL OF FUNDING FOR REPAIR OF ROOF FOR  LAKEVIEW LODGE

At a previous meeting of the Board of Finance a motion had approved the repair of the roof at Lakeview Lodge for an amount not to exceed $50,000, however the source to take the money from was not part of the motion.  Following a brief discussion John Ford IV moved to approve the expenditure for the roof repair with monies taken from the General Fund.  Melissa Spear seconded the motion.  The vote taken was unanimous.

ADJOURNMENT

Adjournment was called at 7:45 p.m. after a motion was moved by Melissa Spear and seconded by Sharon Huxley.  The vote taken was unanimous.
