Attendance:  First Selectwoman Derrylyn Gorski, Selectman Donald Shea, Selectman Clark Hurlburt

Visitors:  Timothy Carr

First Selectwoman Gorski called the special meeting of the Board of Selectmen to order at 7:10 p.m.  The meeting was held in the Selectmen’s Conference Room of the Bethany Town Hall.  The purpose of this special meeting was to award the contract for the well repairs to the three homes on Knollwood Road affected by road salt runoff.  Two cost estimates were received from Connecticut Wells Inc. and Sima Drilling Company Inc.  Following discussion and review with Timothy Carr, Selectman Shea moved a motion to award the contract to Connecticut Wells Inc., for the repair of the wells at 67 Knollwood Road, 17 Knollwood Road and 25 Knollwood Road.  Selectman Hurlburt seconded the motion.  The vote taken was unanimous. 

Adjournment was called at 7:15 p.m. after a motion was moved by Selectman Hurlburt and seconded by Selectman Shea.  The vote taken was unanimous.
